Adjudication Services website is a dedicated website for the use by sub-contractors or main-contractors who have relativeley small claims for payment outstanding and who want to use an online service to reduce the rising cost of solicitors and construction professionals in persuing referrals to adjudication on their behalf.

This service is designed by dispute resolution professionals who each have spent more than 20+ years in the industry and are dedicated to helping small businesses resolve their financial disputes in a speedy and efficient manner.

The aim of this service is to prepare all necessary documents in a formal procedure to submit this case for adjudication. It usually takes about 2 weeks to appoint an adjudicator once the documents have been submitted.

This service also includes the Dispute Resolution Service, but is optional if you have already crystallised your dispute and have informed your client of your intention to refer your case for adjudication.
